What documents do I need for a prefabricated house?
Prefabricated houses can be assembled with a placement permit (Article 56 of the Spatial Planning Act) or a building permit. In both cases, the document is issued by the Chief Architect of the municipality authority at the location of the property.
What do I need to get started and how is the payment made?
Payment is made in two installments, half upon the conclusion a supply agreement and the other half upon the delivery of the house.
What do I need to start designing?
You need a geodetic survey, a sketch map – a visa for the property, as well as initial data from the power supply ompany and the water supply and sewage company, or from the basin directorate.
Do you make the foundation for the prefabricated house?
Yes, it is possible to have the foundation built by our partners of ‘rough construction‘. The possibility is discussed by the contractor in a personal meeting.
Is design included in the price?
Our project team works for a fee which is not included in the price of the house.
Can I have my house built under my personal design?
Yes, it is possible to make a personal design. You can send it to: email@example.com.
How long can the delivery be made?
The delivery of the house can be made up to fifteen days after the concluded agreement.
